Return and Refund Policyu

1. Return Eligibility

- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with documentation included.

2. Return Process

- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at barhole@bhmusic.hu with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds

- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at barhole@bhmusic.hu to arrange an exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at barhole@bhmusic.hu.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at barhole@bhmusic.hu. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
