1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after purchase. Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
  - Hungary: 2-5 business days
  - Europe: 5-10 business days
  - International: 10-20 business days

Delivery and processing times may vary depending on workload!

2. Shipping Rates
 Calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Delivery times for international shipping can vary due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realize that you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
